Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Your listing stays live throughout and upgrades instantly.
What happens if I cancel Premium?
Your listing stays live as a Free tier listing. Premium features deactivate at the end of your billing period - no abrupt cutoff.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly is month-to-month with no commitment. Annual is one year prepaid - no auto-renewal lock, you choose to renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Pro-rated refund on annual plans within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are not refunded.
How do I know if Premium is worth it?
Once you're on Premium, you get analytics showing exactly how many people view and contact you. Most businesses see clear ROI within 60 days.
Can I list multiple businesses?
Each business needs its own account and subscription. If you manage multiple locations, contact us and we'll work something out.
When will the annual plan be available?
We're rolling out paid plans now. The annual option will be available at launch and will save you $58 versus paying monthly.
